ABOUT US
My name is Amanda and I am the owner of Soulshines Yoga Studio & Healing Arts. I have been teaching Yoga, Pilates, and Personal Training for 17 years. I studied with Evolve Yoga & Wellness through the Nosara Yoga Institute acquiring a 200 hour Yoga certification in Interdisciplinary Yoga teacher training, along with many workshops and continuing education throughout the years. I have also studied with Peak Pilates becoming certified to teach on Pilates equipment and classical mat training. In 2007 I went to the Thai Institute of Healing Arts and became certified in Thai Massage as well as Thai Herbal Massage (also known as “Thai Yoga Massage”).
In addition I have also studied energy healing becoming a certified Reiki and Chios energy healer. Recently i dove into a 100 hour certification of Kundalini Yoga! I also hold a monthly Women's Song Circle where I work with vocal alchemy and somatic movement.
In 2023 I began my studies to be a CNC- Certified Nutritional Consultant. I received my certification as a CNC in 2024 through the AANC- American Association of Nutritional Consultants. At the same time I started my practice with ZYTO scanning and acquired my certification for the Select ZYTO biocommunication scan. I combine these two modalities to help clients who are seeking a holistic approach to their health and wellness.
I have taken herbal classes throughout the years and worked on an organic flower and herb farm when i was younger. I love working with the plants and making tinctures, teas and medicinal blends from my garden.

I am a mother to 3 boys, a local to Cascade Colorado and a dedicated artist, selling my art in local Colorado businesses and on Etsy where I sell art internationally. I create healing art with the main focus on crystals. Some of this work includes dreamcatchers, jewelry, and Chakra sets.
Nurturing a deep love and connection with the plant world my inspirations come from Mother Earth, the Sun, the Moon and the Stars. I enjoy growing herbs, flowers, and food with my husband and making tinctures, syrups, elixirs and herbal remedies for my family.
I also sell flower essences and Chakra elixirs on my Etsy website.
Believing in a holistic approach to health and well being, I love working with clients and seeing them meet their dreams and goals through learning to connect inward, focusing on breathwork, moving their bodies and freeing their minds.
Slowing down and tuning inward to create a meditative state to relax from the inside out is the most beautiful healing journey you can gift yourself.
