Traditional Thai Massage
Thai Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Thai Yoga Therapy, Thai Yoga Body Work are all names for this traditional healing method. Thai Massage is based on Acupressure, Ayurvedic, Massage Therapy and Yoga.
A complete Thai massage consists of a traditional combination of acupressure, energy meridians, and yoga like stretching with intentional breathing. Thai massage is performed on a thick mat on the floor with comfortable clothing and uses no oil. Thai massage works the “sen lines" of the body also known as energy lines. The whole body will be worked with finger, palm, elbow, knee, and foot presses. Besides working all the energy lines of the body you will receive full yoga stretches in different yoga positions. This massage improves circulation, flexibility, and muscle tone. Thai massage encourages lymphatic function which also aids in detoxification, increased immunity, and prevents dis-ease and injury. This style of massage relieves soar muscles, helps with injuries, and relaxes the nervous system while providing a whole body energy reset. Thai massage is a very blissful massage that is perfect to incorporate into your healing journey.
Prenatal Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Massage modified for Pregnant women looking for relaxation, pain/discomfort relief, and preparation for birth.
Thai Herbal Massage
During your Traditional Thai Massage an Herb Bundle made with herbs from Thailand will be soaked then steam heated to add herbal aromatics, herbal compression on your body, acupressure points, sen (energy) lines, & specific areas you would like to address within your system. Thai Herbal massage is based on the holistic principles of Ayurvedic, traditional Chinese medicine, and Thai Herbalism!
I combine both Thai Massage with the Energy Healing (Reiki & Chios) to provide the ultimate modality to heal the body, relax the mind, and feed the spirit to help you on your own personal healing path. Your session will be tailored to your needs and guided through complete support of what is best for you.
Energy Healing Session
(Reiki, Chios, & Crystals)
Reiki & Chios energy healing is laying on of the hands touch healing system that brings healing energy into clearing blockages and bringing healing energy into your system. I incorporate Crystals in my energy sessions to bring in more magnified energy and healing through the earth. Your session will also include Sound Healing to move energy on a cellular level and reset the nervous system along with personalized Intuitive Messages that we can discuss after the session!
Energy healing focuses on all the Chakras of the body along with the physical body. This type of healing is meditative and relaxing, reducing stress, clearing mental and emotional patterns, and bringing an overall sense of peace to the whole system- mind, body, and spirit. .
A study from Harvard University reported that a single session of Reiki significantly improved pain, anxiety, depression, nausea, and fatigue.
Guided Meditation Sound Journey
This is a private session that will create a relaxing space for you to rest and find guidance through meditation including- breath work, guided meditation, mantra meditation, and sound healing using Crystal Healing Bowls, Tibetan bowls, rattles, rain sticks, drums etc. The session will be tailored to what you are wanting to activate within your life and what you are ready to release and let go off bringing balance and clarity into the Chakras, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritually bodies.This session also works with Color Therapy, Emotional Release, and Dream Work.
Private Sessions - Yoga & Pilates
One on one sessions allow more freedom through positioning your body to achieve proper alignment while deepening your connection to breath work. You will be guided and assisted as needed.
Private sessions are a way to deepen your practice by having the practitioners full attention.
You will be able to ask questions and have your practice tailored
to your very own needs and goals.
You will also have the option of hands on guided assistant throughout the different asanas for correcting alignment and moving energy.
My style of Yoga is my own and I love to start the foundation with breath work, move into flowing postures that connect with breath and the energy of the planets, then end with a guided meditation with Crystal Chakra Sound Bowls for a blissful moment to dive in deep.
Are you here on vacation? Schedule your private Yoga, Pilates, Sound Healing, &/or Meditation session for your group at your AirBnB or come to the Studio. I am offering these one of a kind custom sessions for all to enjoy. Great for tourist, bachelorette parties, retreat groups, couples, and more!
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is connecting mindful breath to intentional postures, also known as asanas.
As you connect your breath to movement you flow through the practice moving from one posture to another moving energy (prana). It is very invigorating and energizing as we move through “Sun Salutations”. Each class flows with different asanas and is mixed up to work different muscle groups. Every class ends with a relaxing meditation.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. Its purpose is to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti. This is a spiritual energy that’s said to be located at the base of your spine. This creative yoga resets the nervous system calming the mind, body, and spirit with intention and awareness.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga still focuses on tuning into the breath but with slower movements.
Gentle yoga takes asanas and holds them longer, stretching and bringing conscious breathing into the connection of the posture. This type of Yoga can also use props like blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps to help feel more supported through the practice. Every class ends with a relaxing meditation.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga is gentle yoga with the focus on breathing techniques and stretching to help prepare you for labor and connect deeper with your baby and womb space. This Yoga will also modify poses for mama's growing belly and use props such as strap's, bolster's, & blankets. Pre-natal Yoga will help you to recover with more ease after baby is born as wel/
Pilates
Pilates mat workout is a classical training focusing on strengthening the body while stretching the muscles with the emphasis on working through the core also known as the “powerhouse”.
The core and deep breath work are the foundation of the Pilates Method helping to improve balance, flexibility, strength and overall health and well-being like in Yoga. The Pilates method is designed by Joseph Pilates. Joseph teaches you to work from the core muscles to workout the rest of the body, through this method it helps to build arm and leg strength while stretching and building strength in all the smaller muscles as of the body that usually get overlooked in other forms of exercise. This is a unique and one of a kind workout.

~Private Lessons- $75 for 1 hour session or $60 per session for a monthly package of 4 (used within the month).
